From a Georgia porch
to a Chicago kitchen.
Chef Denise learned to cook collards the right way — slow, with smoked turkey, watching her grandmother in Macon, Georgia. When she moved to Chicago's South Side, she brought every recipe in her head.
Supper opened in 2012 with six tables and a cast-iron skillet. Today, regulars order by memory. New customers drive twenty minutes past closer options. The food hasn't changed — it just found more people who needed it.
